A day after completion of the Matriculation (Supplementary) Examination-2014, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha today announced the answer would be evaluated at 17 centres from Thursday next.

"More than 5,000 teachers would be engaged to evaluate the answer sheets and we hope the evaluation process would be over by June 28," informed BSE president D P Nanda.

A little over 22,000 students in both Regular and Ex-regular streams wrote the examinations in about 143 centres across the state, which began on June 17.

At least 341 students were booked under 'malpractice' for adopting unfair means during the examination, sources said adding the supplementary results would be out by mid-July.

Students, who either could not appear for the annual HSC examination held in March this year or failed in it, were allowed to appear the supplementary examination.
