Hungary-based navigation solutions provider NNG and its Indian associate Ayana Navigation Solutions today joined hands with Blaupunkt to tap the fast-growing navigation and car infotainment devices market in the country.
"We are overwhelmed with the response received from the Indian market and are proud to expand our relationship with Blaupunkt," NNG Vice-President (Emerging Markets-Navigation) Peter Bolesza said on the collaboration in a release.
Blaupunkt is a Germany-based maker of electronics equipment, especially home and car audio devices.
NNG and ANS had jointly announced several navigation products for the Indian market mid-last year, it said.
The recently launched San Diego 530 is Blaupunkt India's latest aftermarket multimedia system for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) in the local market. It is a fully-featured and integrated navigation solution by NNG and ANS, it added.
"Our aim has always been to offer innovative in-car infotainment solutions to car makers and their customers. NNG and ANS are an excellent choice for providing advanced and steadfast navigation solutions due to their global experience and deep understanding of the Indian road system," Blaupunkt India Director Pankaj Jagwan said.
