Hardline Hurriyat Conference criticised the registration of a case against separatist woman leader Asiya Andrabi for hoisting a Pakistani flag on the occasion of the National Day of that country.
"If it is crime to participate in the celebrations of the Pakistan Day function, then the Delhi government should also register FIR against the MoS and former army chief General V K Singh," Hurriyat spokesman Ayaz Akbar said in a statement.
He said the Mufti Mohammad Sayeed-led government has proven that "it is no different from the communal parties of India and his so-called pro-Kashmir policy is merely a fraud".
