"The Hurriyat Confrence will oppose any such move. We will organise protests if the government goes ahead with its plans," amagam spokesman Ayaz Akbar said in in a statement here.
The Hurriyat's Executive Council, chaired by Ghulam Nabi Sumji, discussed the issue at an extraordinary meeting here, he said.
After deliberations, it was declared to stage protests if the government went ahead with its plans to construct concrete fencing along LoC, the spokesman said.
