About 1,000 delegates, including experts and professionals, are expected to attend a three-day national seminar on 'Non-Destructive Evaluation' (NDE 2015) to be organised here from November 26.
The seminar, along with international exhibition on 'Non-Destructive Evaluation', would be organised by Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT) Hyderabad chapter with the support of scientists of Defence Research and Development Laboratories (DRDL) and Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), Hyderabad.
Chairman and chief executive of NFC N Saibaba, DRDL project director Jaiteerth R Joshi, ISNT national president V Pari and ISNT Hyderabad chapter chairman P Mohan addressed a press conference on the proposed event.

The theme of the seminar is 'NDE for Make in India' and pre-conference tutorials, technical sessions, exhibition of latest NDT equipment by leading manufacturers and poster session are part of the conference.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods like ultrasonic testing, radiography, liquid penetrate testing, magnetic particle testing, acoustic emission testing, thermography, visual testing, CT scan, PET scan are extensively used to find out defects in materials without causing any damage, the speakers said.
