The 77th Annual Conference of Indian Road Congress would be held here from December 15 to 18.
Telangana Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma held a meeting with officials on the arrangements for the event, an official release said here today.
Noting that around 3,000 delegates would attend the meeting, Sharma asked the officials to take up repair works of the roads in the city.
Sharma also discussed works relating to sanitation and hoardings to be taken up by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, cultural programmes, security arrangements, and prevention of fire accidents, among others, it said.
