The 25-year-old, who dated Lively for three years, said he is "genuinely happy for her", reported Us magazine.
"I'm happy for her. Genuinely happy," he said.
Multiples sources have confirmed that Lively, 25, and Reynolds, 35, tied the knot Sunday after one year of dating at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
Badgley himself is currently happy in his relation with Zoe Kravitz.
