Puducherry Chief Minister V.Narayanasamy today said he was yet to acquaint himself with the contents of the judgment of the Delhi High Court holding the Lt Governor as administrative head of National Capital Territory.
"Unless I read the contents of the verdict and acquainted myself with the contents of the judgment,I will not be able to express any opinion or view," he told PTI.
Narayanasamy is a non-member of Puducherry assembly and was elected Congress legislature party leader to head a six member cabinet on June 6.
On presentation of the budget for Puducherry, he said he was awaiting the approval of the Union Finance ministry for the budget allocations for the current fiscal (2016-2017) although the Union Home Ministry had given its nod.
He hinted that the budget session of the Assembly would be held by this month end.
