James McAvoy has made "X-Men" fans' day by revealing neither he has no plans to quit the franchise, and nor does close friend Jennifer Lawrence.

The two stars appeared in the last two "X-Men" movies and reprised their roles for "X-Men: Apocalypse", which hits cinemas later this year, reported Contactmusic.

And, despite what Lawrence may have said about her role as the shape-shifting Mystique in the past, he's also confident she'll be back too.

"I've heard... People have said she's not into it, stuff like that. She's always said to me that she would think about it," Mcavoy said.

"I hope she does, because I love working with Jennifer. You know, we've been, like, an extended sort of family, in a weird way, for six or seven years now.
