Dempo, who have slipped to the fifth place in the I-League table, will look to end the season on a winning note as they take on Salgaocar in their concluding match at the Tilak maidan here tomorrow.
Dempo's campaign in the league this season has been their worst ever as they lost nine matches in a row.
Injuries to key players was the main reason the Goan side could not put up a collective performance.

Salgaocar who were facing relegation at one time, did well in the second leg to move to seventh place with 33 points from 25 matches. They would also want to finish on a high note and move to sixth place.
"We have done well in recent matches and want to finish on a winning note. For many, this match might only be of academic importance but there is lots at stake," said assistant coach Peter Valles.
Salgaocar will miss the services of Singapore midfielder John Wilkinson who has returned home due to personal reasons but all other players are available.
"I am trying to field a squad of young players with some experience," said Valles.
Players like Augustine Fernandes, Nicolau Colaco, Gilbert Oliveira and Randeep will be among the starters while Fulgancio Cardozo is unavailable through injury.
