Cyrus, 19, got engaged to Hemsworth earlier this month and said she has been obsessed with her new ring, reported Us Magazine.
"Will I ever quit staring at my finger?. I love being a fiancee," she posted on Twitter.
Hemsworth, 22, proposed her in early June and popped the question with a 3.5 carat diamond ring after dating her for three years.
