Actor-comedian Tracy Morgan is grateful to be alive and on the road to recovery a year after the bus crash that left him in critical condition.
The 46-year-old star says there are still good days and bad days as he recovers from his injuries.
"I think I'm at 75 percent. I have my good days and I have my bad days... I just want to get better and become healthy," Morgan told People magazine.

"Sometimes I feel a little off, I might forget things. My doctors tell me, my family tells me, 'You are getting better,' so that is the ray of hope and my inspiration," said Morgan, who takes speech and physical therapy as well as time with a psychologist.
The actor said that his 23-month-old daughter Maven and financee Megan Wollover have been the biggest incentive for him to push hard for recovery.
"I want to walk my wife down the aisle. I am determined to play with my little daughter and chase her around. All of those things [are] what keeps me going."
Morgan suffered serious injuries in the six-vehicle crash in New Jersey last June that left his comedian friend James McNair dead.
"I'm really happy. I am happy to be alive," he said.
