"Full House" star John Stamos says he is doing well following his arrest for a DUI and subsequent hospitalisation.
"Thanks to everyone for their love & support. I'm home & well," Stamos tweeted.
The actor, 51, was pulled over by Beverly Hills Police Department officers at 7:45 pm local time after receiving numerous calls about an individual driving erratically, reported People magazine.

The police then decided that Stamos required medical attention due to a possible medical condition.
The actor was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He was cited for driving under the influence and released to the care of the hospital.
"Very appreciative of the BHPD & Cedars for their care," he added.
Stamos is starring in Fox's upcoming sitcom "Grandfathered" and has been producing and promoting "Fuller House", a "Full House" spinoff which will premiere on Netflix next year.
