Miranda Lambert, who took home the Female Vocalist of the Year Award at the 2015 Country Music Awards on Wednesday, has acknowledged in her acceptance speech that it's been a rough year for her.
"Hi, guys. I needed a bright spot this year," she said.
The songstress, 31, and husband Blake Shelton split this past summer.
