Actress Brooke Shields says she was convinced she'd found true love with George Michael because he took their relationship so slowly.
The 'Suddenly Susan' actress dated the gay singer in the 1980s and at the time, she was convinced that she was in love with George, who she described as a remarkable, respectful and patient gentleman, reported Contactmusic.
In her new book, entitled 'There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me', Brooke said, "Nobody had ever been willing to move so slowly. It must be love."
