Reminiscencing that she had been sounded by Rituparno Ghosh for a role in any future project by the master craftsman, 'Majnu' actress Srabonti Chatterjee says she believes in time.
"I have great faith in how opportunities come your way in time. From Laila's role in the upcoming Majnu, which contemporises the ancient love story to the bubbly, independent minded girl in 'Goynar Baksho', I am open to be moulded the way director wishes if the film is mounted well," Srabonti told PTI here.
Srabonti, juggling her time between 'Majnu' promotions to 'Bunohans' shoots by director Aniruddha Roy Choudhury, says she attached equal importance to Majnu maker Rajib Biswas and Tonyda (Aniruddha) whose Antoheen she liked the most among his films.

"This was confirmed when I was flooded with people's queries on Facebook and Twitter about how 'Majnu', a centuries old love tale immortalised over ages was shaping up and my and Hiran's (Majnu in the movie) role. This shows people of all segments are now okay with different genre flicks," she said.
Srabonti would, however, forever regret that she could not work with Rituda, "Who sounded so pleased with my role in Goynar Baksho, and told me after the credit rolls 'Ami toke niye kaj korte chai (I would love to work with you in future)."
About 'Majnu', collaborated by Surinder Films and Venkatesh films, she dubs it as a romantic 'action flick' and "I rate Rajib highly as a director who had given me four hits."
Asked why Bengali movies are assuming cosmopolitan titles like 'Bindaas' and now 'Majnu', Srabonti said "Perhaps the titles seem catchy and can be instantly recalled.
