Actor Jackie Shroff said he will not fight with Ram Gopal Varma for his comments on son Tiger's photoshoot for a magazine.

Varma, known for his controversial comments on the social media, had recently tweeted about Tiger's picture on the cover of a magazine, with this caption: "Truly real men like Bruce Lee and 'bindasbhidu' (Jackie Shroff's Twitter handle) never pose in a 'Urmliaish' way."

"He spoke about my son but that doesn't mean I will go and fight with him," Jackie said.

The 60-year-old actor was speaking at the launch of Ramesh Sippy Academy of Entertainment and Cinema here yesterday.

When asked about his reaction on Varma's insensitive remarks on Women's day, Jackie said, "He is a big boy. He knows what he is talking about... But I will not say such a thing about a lady. It's his thinking."

Varma, who is awaiting the release of his upcoming film "Sarkar 3", stirred up a controversy with his tweet on International Women's Day.

The director was slammed for his remarks and later apologised.
