Singer Robin Thicke says he will not perform with Miley Cyrus in the future.

The 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker, who appeared on Alan Carr's 'Chatty Man' on Novemeber 8, denied the rumours that he and Cyrus are going to perform together at the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards, reported Ace Showbiz.

"Oh no, no no no. No no, definitely no, definitely not," Thicke said.

Thicke, 36, and Cyrus, 20, caused a huge stir after appearing together at MTV Video Music Awards in August.

Thicke admitted that he didn't know Cyrus was going to come out on the stage wearing such racy outfit.

"I did, you know the only difference was she didn't wear that outfit in rehearsals, so it never seemed as bad, it seemed more playful. And to us, there was no sexuality between us, it was all silliness and fun - it was like throwing a party at your house and being silly," he added.

Cyrus donned a nude-colored bikini for the performance.
