Senior Haryana IAS officer Pradeep Kasni was today alloted an office, personal staff and staff car after wrote to the Chief Secretary alleging that some officials were creating hurdles in getting these as per his entitlement or the government's policy.

Kasni today said he has now got the office, personal staff and the staff car.

"I also met the Chief Secretary today. Things are settled now," he said.

In a communication to Chief Secretary D S Dhesi yesterday, Kasni had alleged that some officials had been creating hurdles in the allotment of office, staff car and personal staff to him.

Kasni was appointed as Director General and Secretary of Medical Education and Research department about a month ago but was without an office, personal staff and staff car.

He had sought allotment of personal staff, staff car, among other things to him as per entitlement or policy of the government.

The office in the mini secretariat at Sector 17 here, which was allotted to Kasni three weeks back, had not been handed over to him. Also, he had not got the attached staff. Following which he had approached the Chief Secretary.

Kasni was transferred in about a month's time after being appointed as Commissioner of Gurgaon division.

During his short stint at Haryana's industrial town he had exposed a "nexus" between revenue officials and land grabbers.
