The 21-day Indian Research Council of Agricultural Research Summer School will begin in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University here from tomorrow.
The school aims to expose the participants to a wide range of extension methodologies like land-based extension strategies to promote soil fertility management, rain water harvesting and common property resources, among others, a TNAU release said today.
The school course is titled 'Multi-pronged Extension Management Strategies for Dryland Agricultural Development with Special reference to promoting Climate Resilient Agriculture.'

Around 25 agricultural scientists from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh will participate.
Dr Ravi Kumar Theodore, Professor (Agricultural Extension), Tamil Nadu Rice Research Institute, TNAU, Aduthurai, Thanjavur District is the Course Director.
