: International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS), a nodal agency concentrating on free software development, is shifting its workspace from Technopark to the Sports Facilities limited here and expects to start its operations by January next.
ICFOSS, which will occupy about 30,000 square feet space, will house technology incubators and start ups at the facility, and aims to create more opportunities for budding entrepreneurs.
The operations will start by January, 2019, a press release from the Sports facilities ltd said.
The agreement of ICFOSS and Sports Facilities, also known as Sports Hub, was exchanged in the presence of Kerala Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan this evening.
Ajay Padmanabhan, Chief Operating Offier,Sports Facilties ltd, handed over the signed agreement to Jayasankar Prasad, Director, ICFOSS.

Built in over 37 acres, the facility integrates sport, recreation and leisure.
Developed by IL&FS group in PPP with the state government, the facility comprises a 50,000 capacity state-of-the-art cricket-cum-football stadium.
