ICICI Securities today appointed Rishabh Mishra as Head of IT and ITeS, Investment Banking.
Mishra will be responsible for client coverage across the technology sector and will work with the mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and debt capital markets teams, the securities firm said in a release here.
"We are strengthening our team and I believe that Rishabh, with his experience in the sector, would be key in our business development in this space," said Ajay Saraf, Executive Director of ICICI Securities.
A chartered accountant by qualification, Mishra previously worked with Avendus Capital, Ambit Corporate Finance and BMR Advisors.
Recently, the company hired Pritish Kandoi as Head-BFSI, Investment Banking.
