Idina Menzel has defended her less than spectacular performance of 'Frozen' song 'Let It Go' at Times Square on New Year's Eve.
The singer, 43, started trending on Twitter with many users criticising her for not hitting the high notes right of the popular song while others defended the singer considering that she was live performing in a cold climate.
On her part, Menzel advised the critics to let it go.

'Let It Go' was one of the biggest hits of 2014.
"You can't get it all right all the time, but you can try your best. If you've done that, all that's left is to accept your shortcomings and have the courage to try to overcome them," she said.
