India's largest fresh fruit importer IG International today said it has launched Shelly mangoes, a variety originating in South Africa, in the country. The first batch of the fruit was launched in January and will be available till the end of February, it said.
Importing 31 varieties of fruits across 22 countries, IG International uses its distribution network to cater to a pan-India market in cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Pune, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Cochin, Patna and Nagpur.

HDFC informed the exchanges that it will be holding a postal ballot to consider and to pass the resolution "to increase the authorised share capital from Rs 340 crore comprising 170,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to Rs 350 crore comprising 175,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each."
The company will also seek shareholders nod to issue or offer ESOS aggregating to a nominal face value not exceeding Rs 9.97 crore represented by 4,98,51,524 equity shares of Rs 2 each, it said.

Axis Bank ties up with global payment network Earthport
Axis Bank today partnered with cross-border payment network Earthport on outbound payments, making it the first domestic lender to connect with Earthport's global payments network, which spans over 60 countries.
"We shall offer our customers faster remittances with complete transparency on the final amount and time taken to credit beneficiaries overseas with real-time end-to-end tracking," the bank's group executive member Sidharth Rath said.
