Iggy Azalea announced Sunday that the rest of her 'Bad Girls Tour' has been cancelled.

The rapper took to Twitter to share the news and said she was "genuinely disappointed" but the choice was not hers to make.

"Believe me - I was really excited for this tour. And I'm genuinely disappointed it cant happen this year. The choice was out of my hands and not my call to make.

"I hope I will get to see you all in person one day. I love you," Azalea wrote.

The rapper was set to embark on a 21-city tour starting in Hollywood stops included Washington DC, New York and Los Angeles and ending December 4 in Houston.

The tour was supposed to have featured rapper CupcakKe.

On October 2, CupcakKe initially revealed that she would no longer be touring with Azalea due to a "change of plans", claiming that the cancellation had to do with disorganised management.

She clarified her reason for dropping off the tour Sunday.

"Listen y'all, I went from getting paid 330k on this tour to 30k, that's what I mean by change plans'," she tweeted.

CupcakKe also pointed out that her dropping out of the trek had nothing to do with Azalea, but her management that ran into issues booking the tour.

Both Ticketmaster and Live Nation have the tour listed as cancelled and plan to offer refunds to ticket holders.

The tour would have been Azalea's first headliner in four years.
