Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has directed officials to ensure time-bound and efficient implementation of the state government's Bhamashah yojna.
Bhamashah yojna is a crucial scheme for empowering women and has to be implemented with sensitivity and awareness in a time-bound manner, Raje said while addressing a review meeting to ensure provision of services under this scheme yesterday.
Raje also directed the state administration to effectively implement programmes such as pension, scholarship, NREGA payment, financial aid to low income groups, ration distribution system through this scheme, an official release said.
The meeting was attended by state Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Arun Chaturvedi, Principal Secretary (Finance) P S Mehra along with other senior officials, it said.
