: The CPI-M led LDF government in Kerala today decided to increase the income limit of creamy layer of Other Backward Classes from Rs six lakh to Rs eight lakh.
The decision would come into affect from the date of the order was issued, an official release said.
The decision to increase the income limit of creamy layer was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan here.
