India bowl out West Indies for 243, take 323-run lead

India bowled out the West Indies for 243 to take a massive first-innings lead of 323 runs on day three of the first cricket Test here today.

India, who piled up 566 for eight declared in their first innings after opting to bat, have asked West Indies to follow- on.
