India have suffered a 44-run loss against Pakistan in the semi-finals of the ICRC Twenty20 Cricket Tournament for the physically challenged here.

Electing to bat, Pakistan posted a respectable 174 for six in 20 overs. Opener Hasnain Alam top-scored with 39 runs as Rehan Ghani contributed with a useful 34.

The Indian chase could never get going as they were bundled for 131 in 19 overs.

Fyaz Ahmed bagged a hat-trick to help Pakistan register their third win in the tournament and ensure a place in the final.

The last three balls of the 19th over proved expensive for India, in which Fyaz finished with successive wickets and ended with impressive figures of 4-14.

From the Indian side Yash Negi (26) and Ansul (24) tried to fight hard but they finally gave in against a disciplined Pakistan attack.

The tournament is organised by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Bangladesh's sports ministry and Bangladesh Cricket (BCB).
