The 13-member Pakistani delegation will be led by Deputy Leader of Senate Sabir Ali Baloch while the delegation of Indian MPs will be headed by BJP's Yashwant Sinha.

"Confidence building measures and the trust deficit affecting relations between India and Pakistan are likely to figure in the interchange between MPs of the two countries," sources said.

The Indian delegation will also include Mani Shankar Aiyar and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi.

Sources said some of the Indian MPs are keen on broaching the subject of trust deficit between the two neighbours, which is not allowing the growth in ties.

The interaction between Parliamentarians is taking place against the backdrop of fresh war of words between the countries, with India saying the Pakistani elements were behind the recent rumour mongering that triggered panic among people of northeast in various other parts of the country.

The issue may also come up during the two-day meet, sources said.

The Pakistani delegation will also call on Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar tomorrow afternoon.

It will visit Patna on August 25 at the invitation of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
