Japanese two-wheeler maker Suzuki Motorcycle today said its sales in India grew over 10 per cent month-on-month in 2013 on account of enhanced production capacity and deeper market penetration.
"Suzuki Motorcycle India had a successful year 2013, registering more than 10 per cent month-on-month growth in sales," a company release said here.
During the year, the company scaled up the production capacity by around 25 per cent to 5.6 lakh units from 4.5 lakh units a year, it said.

The company added 200 touch points in 2013, taking the total to 600, thereby extending its reach to existing and potential customers, the release said.
During the year, the motorcycle maker unveiled in India their exclusive global club for superbike customers, Suzuki Biking Lords.
