India won two bronze medals at the 12th Junior and 13th Senior Asian Karate Championship that concluded in Dubai today.
This is the first time India have won medals in the championship.
Nidhi Nanhet of Madhya Pradesh won the bronze medal in -55 Kg. Swati Gupta, Shweta Gupta and Erina Paul of West Bengal bagged the bronze in women's team Kata event.
