Indiabulls Housing Finance today raised Rs 160 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
This is the 8th tranche of company's Rs 6,000 crore fund raising plan, which was announced last November.
The current issue is a Rs 150 crore plus green shoe option of Rs 10 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Yesterday, it had raised Rs 600 crore, the 7th tranche of the Rs 6,000 crore capital raising plan.
The company had in November said the capital will be used for business expansion in view of growing housing loan demand.
Indiabulls Housing stock closed 2.87 per cent down at Rs 906.75 on BSE.
