Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it will raise Rs 50 crore through issue of debentures on private placement basis.
"The Company proposes to issue 500 secured non-convertible redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 50 crores plus Greenshoe Option, on Private Placement basis," it said in a filing to BSE.
The issue will open on May 10, and the debentures would have a tenor of 5 and 10 years.
