IndiaFirst Life Insurance today said it has partnered IFMR Rural Channels and Services Private (IRCS) for distribution of policies in remote rural districts.
IFMR will offer life insurance policies through Kshetriya Gramin Financial Services (KGFS) in its four centres serving five districts in Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Uttarakhand, India First said in a release today.
"We are happy to join hands with IFMR. This tie-up will help us offer our products to the mass market and participate in financial inclusion," IndiaFirst Life Insurance Managing Director and CEO R M Vishakha said.

IFMR will be distributing IndiaFirst Simple Benefit Plan, a non-linked individual participating endowment Plan, from IndiaFirst Life Insurance.
IndiaFirst Life Insurance, with a paid-up capital of Rs 625 crore, is a joint venture between public sector banks - Bank of Baroda and Andhra Bank along - and UK's leading risk, wealth and investment company, Legal & General.
