In the first ever 'Freedom' Rocktosab in the post-Independence day with popular Indian bands, different genres of Indian-English Rock music merged today as the city grooved.

From the Lightyears, Digital Suicide, The Incredible Mindfunk to the Circus, the Gen Y swayed to the tunes of chartbusters 170, Collarme, Table Galondyjush and the peppy Strawberry as the bands bridged Hindi and English hard music.

"We wish to present rock, the very mascuiline type of the music that gels well with the Harley Rock Riders motto of manhood with a well-toned body and deep throated music," a Supersonic spokesman said after belting out the numbers.

The festival of indigenous Indian rock, was being held for the first time in the city of lyrical music and pure classical western, just after the Independence Day. It will now travel to Ahmedabad, New Delhji with the Grand finale of the Freedom contest taking place in music mecca Mumbai, a Harley Davidson India spokesman said.
