In today's semifinals at SAI artificial turf, Indian Oil thrashed Army XI 7-2, while Punjab National Bank (PNB) got the better of Air India 5-2.

Army XI drew first blood through Rinel Singh's ninth minute goal but the last year's winners bounced back with back to back strikes from Deepak Thakur (18th) and Roshan Minz (26th) to lead 2-1 at halftime.

After the breather, former international Prabhjot Singh struck a hat-trick (56th, 58th and 60th), while Gurjinder Singh scored a brace (47th and 69th) to complete their tally.

Army reduced the margin in the 61st minute when an Indian Oil defender scored in their own net.

Lakhwinder Singh scored in the 58th and 68th minutes to complete the tally for PNB.
