An Indian-origin man has been arrested and produced in court in connection with the sensational murder of an oil executive who disappeared some weeks ago and whose decomposed body was found in a car in London on Thursday.
Rakesh Bhayani, 40, described as an unemployed man based in Wembley, was charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit fraud by withdrawing nearly 280,000 pounds from the account of executive Carole Waugh, 50.
Bhayani, who is among six people arrested in connection with Waugh's murder, appeared at the Westminster Magistrates Court, and was remanded to custody to appear at the Southwark Crown Court on September 25.

As the murder mystery hogs headlines, one Nicholas Kutner was arrested for pretending to be Chris Waugh, Carole's brother, and trying to sell her house in London. He faces four fraud charges.
Carole, who some reports suggested that she was also an 'escort', was last seen in central London on May 4.
Originally from Durham, Carole worked earlier in the Middle East and lived in the Marylebone area of London.
