Food-lovers in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, have a chance to relish 'kababs' and 'biryani' from different regions of India as part of a food festival organised by an Indian restaurant.
The feast, that began on November 28 at 'Saffron', will continue for another week under the guidance of new executive chef Chandra Prakash.
The restaurant will offer a specially-designed promotional menu during the festival and promises to take the guests on a journey through the diverse Indian cuisine.
According to organisers of the festival, biryani lovers can choose from murgh Afghani biryani, Hyderabadi chicken/lamb biryani, Chicken tikka biryani, Mughlai murgh biryani, Lucknowi chicken/lamb biryani, Malabar lamb biryani, Kacche gosht ki biryani and Kabuli chaney ki biryani.
