Santosh D'mello was announced the winner of AED 500,000 (Rs 75 lakh) in a lucky draw after a month-long Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) event that ended on July 14.
During the final draw, another Indian Prasanita Thapar won Rs 752,061 (AED 50,000), while one more Indian Seerat Bhandari took home cash and gift vouchers worth AED 50,000.
The draw, held courtesy of the Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG), also made another 44 people richer, the organisers said.
Last week, an Indian national Sreeju Nambron, who works for a construction company in Saudi Arabia, won a USD one million lucky draw in Dubai Duty Free's 130th Millennium Millionaire festival.
Nambron became the 54th Indian national to win USD one million in the Millennium Millionaire promotion.
