Indiaproperty.Com to launch online property sale from tomorrow

Property portal Indiaproperty.Com today announced the launch of a week-long online property sale 'GetHomeNow' that will enable buyers across the globe check out and buy properties in eight Indian cities.

The online sale will showcase over 200 projects of more than 125 developers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai Metropolitian Region, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Coimbatore.

"This is a unique initiative as we will have over 200 projects across segments from affordable-to-luxury residential that will be showcased in the sale. Besides, we have, for the first time, land parcels and non-agriculture plots up for sale," company's Chief Executive Ganesh Vasudevan said.
 

Nirmal Lifestyle, Wave Infratech, Brigade Group, Nitish Estates, VBHC, Salapuria Sattva Group, Indiabulls, Malles Constructions, Navins, Arun Excello, Ramky Developers, Jain Housing and Aparna Constructions among others will offer exclusive deals during the sale, he said.

The company's 'TruView' technlogy enables consumers view projects online via desktop and even a mobile in minute detail.

"IndiaProperty.Com also hand holds customers through the entire purchasing process," Vasudevan said.

ICICI Bank has been appointed as the preferred financial partner for the sale and will offer easy home loan processing for buyers. A buyer can also protect the home booking by adding home insurance plan 'HomeProtect' from Cholamandalam MS to the online booking.

The option to book online is also available on Mobile devices via the mobile website, Android and IOS app.

With secured payment gateways a buyer can pay the booking amount online or choose to make payment offline by opting for a cheque or DD pickup. "The offline payment option is an industry first initiative," Vasudevan added.
