A two-day Indo-Bangla district collector level meeting would begin here tomorrow to discuss identification of cemeteries of the soldiers of the 1971 Bangladesh liberation war, official sources said today.
Many soldiers who died in the 1971 war against Pakistan were buried on the Indian side and the government of Bangladesh has taken the initiative for identification of those graveyards.
The meeting would discuss how to identify the four decade old cemeteries, the sources said.

The Indian delegation would be headed by Kiran Gitye, District Magistrate of West Tripura district, and Bangladesh side would be headed by the Deputy Collector of neighbouring Brahmanbaria district.
