Private sector lender IndusInd Bank today said it has raised Rs 500 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis.
"...The Bank has allotted 5,000 rated, listed, senior unsecured redeemable, non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures for face value of Rs 10 lakh each on March 31, 2015 to the identified investor(s) on private placement basis, for an amount of Rs 500 crore," it said in a filing to BSE.
The bonds/debentures will be issued in dematerialised form, it added.
IndusInd Bank scrips closed at Rs 925.35 apiece on BSE today, up 4.86 per cent from previous close.
