Industrial oil recovers on renewed demand

Meanwhile, linseed oil moved down further owing to lack of demand from paints and allied industries.

In edible section, refined palmolein edged up on mild buying support.

While, groundnut oil held steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying.

In the futures market, castorseeds eased on subdued export enquiries.

In non-edible section, castorseeds bold went up by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,325 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 3,300 and castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 695 from Rs 690.

Moving to edible section, Refined palmolein inched up by a rupee per 10 kg to Rs 657. Groundnut oil remained unchanged at Rs 1,245 per 10 kg.

 

Linseeds oil slipped by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 770 from yesterday's close of Rs 775.
