Prices of castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial drifted back an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to reduced offtake from shippers and soap manufacturers amid improved supplies.
Linseed oil maintained its stable trend owing to lack of buying support consuming industries.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein both ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile demand from stockists in the face of adequate supply positions.
Turning to non-edible, castorseeds bold fell by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 4,125 from Monday's closing level of Rs 4,150 and castoroil commercial eased by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 855 as against Rs 860.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unaltered at Rs 760 and Rs 488 per 10kg, respectively.
