Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial firmed up in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following good demand from soap and shippers industries.
While, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castorseed bold rose by Rs 10 per 100kg to Rs 3,860 from Tuesday's close Rs 3,850 and castoroil commercial edged up by Rs 2 to Rs 802 as compared to Rs 800 yesterday.
Linseed oil ended unaltered at Rs 1,050 per 10kg
In the edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 1,000 per 10kg and Rs 573 per 10kg respectively.
