Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial prices slipped in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to lower demand from shippers and soap industries.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil, all ruled stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold fell by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,975 from Rs 4,000 and castor oil commercial moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 825 as against Rs 830 yesterday. However, linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 770 per 10 kg.
Moving to edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unaltered at Rs 775 and Rs 600 per 10 kg, respectively.
