A 10-day long 24th Industrial trade fair "Canvas India" will be inaugurated by former Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda at Gopal Maidan here on September 13.
Industries across including IT, automobile, electronics, builders, telecom as well as multi-national companies would take part in the fair to be organized by Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SCCI) and Canvas India, said SCCI president Suresh Sonthalia told newsmen here today.
Addressing a press conference here, Sonthalia said 468 stalls have already been booked for the 10-day long fair.

Sonthalia said SCCI would provide stalls on concessional rate to Self-help groups involved in women empowerment activities and also to manufacturers and traders dealing in appliances meant for physically impaired persons.
Meanwhile, three labourers have sustained minor injuries while setting up tents for the fair today.
All the three were released following a first-aid, Sonthalia said adding that the incident occurred when one of the hanger tilted causing minor injuries to them.
