An infant girl who fell in an open borewell was today rescued by villagers in Rajasthan's Nagaur district.
Monika, aged around one-and-a-half years, fell in the borewell in a farm in Khinwsar area while playing. She got stuck at a depth of 20 feet rpt feet.
It was noticed on time by her family members who managed to pull out the girl with the help of a hook.
She suffered bruises and was given first-aid, police said.
