"Connivance of state police force in this .... Is most unfortunate and the state government cannot escape its responsibility," he alleged in a statement here.
Demanding judicial probe by a sitting judge of the High Court or Supreme Court, Chautala said, the culprits including police personnel must be brought to book and punished to prevent recurrence of such inhuman acts.
Lashing out at Bhupinder Singh Hooda government, Chautala alleged that the state government had completely failed in keeping a check on such "heinous" crimes against innocent destitute girls.
